Level 1 IT support relates to minor IT hiccups and every day IT services like upgrades, software updates. Majority of the L1 IT support tickets are resolved relatively quickly and within a very short time frame. Small PC upgrades, data transfer, data migration and slow PC. We guarantee low casual rates starting at $80/hr.
L2 IT Support Technician
Level 2 IT support relates to User based IT support and every day IT services like hardware upgrades, cloud, migration and data security. These issues cannot be resolved over the phone and require a technician to present at the spot. Printer and hardware issues are some of the examples that are unable to be resolved over the phone. We guarantee low Onsite IT rates starting at $100/hr.
L3 IT Support and higher
Level 3 or 4 IT support relates to enterprise level IT and generally concern a group of users. These IT services are crucial for business success. Servers, Networking, Essential IT Services. Level 3 and Level 4 IT technicians have 10 years or more of IT expertise and charge $300/hr or higher rates.
Level 4 commands 24-hour IT support for essential IT services, ecommerce stores and constant monitoring of critical IT infrastructure.
Casual IT Support is usually available in blocks of 4 hours. These blocks can be used by businesses casually and there is no month to month fee. These blocks are based on a lower price point and lower hourly rate and highly affordable, starting at $80/hr. However, IT Support is only suited for Level 1 and Level 2 IT Support and not complex issue and not all IT areas are covered. Service is generally available between 9am – 5pm. Generally suited to small businesses 5 employees and under.
Cyber Security and Monitoring services are not available because they require 24 hour IT support.
